EXCHANGE & RETURNS
1.0: Exchanges or Returns applies to any item despatched to us within 14 days of receipt by you. Only merchandise purchased at full retail price is eligible for returns.
2.0: We’re unable to accept returns beyond the 14 days of your receipt and anything sent to us after 14 days may be returned to you.
3.0: Specify your order number and the name of the exchange item, the new color and size on the return/exchange email to support@portablehunt.com Include the request in your return package as well. Customer is responsible for all shipping costs.
4.0: If you are exchanging an item due to a mistake made by Portable Hunt, we will pay the shipping cost to send a replacement item to you.
5.0: Availability of the replacement item is not guaranteed. Once we receive your package our shipping department will do a quality control of the items.
6.0: You will receive an e-mail notification upon the completion of the processing with the new order if it is an Exchange. If it is a Return you will receive an e-mail notification with your refund.
7.0: Exchanges may take up to 21 days for processing if item is unavailable and requires production on it.
8.0: It’s important to note that shipping costs are not covered by Portable Hunt. when sent back! When returning postage yourself, we recommend you insure the package via the courier (FedEx, DHL, TNT, EMS, ARAMEX, UPS) and purchase tracking services for your protection. Save the shipping receipt for your records
9.0: Card refunds may take up to 10 business days for your bank to complete, depending on their processing time. This can vary between banks, so please speak to your bank for any more info regarding processing times as we are unable to amend this.
10.0: Refunds only covers the price of the product NOT the shipping cost.
11.0: Portable Hunt is NOT responsible for lost or stolen packages
DAMAGE TO ITEMS BY CONSUMER
ALL ITEMS ARE INSPECTED THOROUGHLY BEFORE SHIPPING. WE CANNOT TAKE FAULT ON DAMAGED ITEMS AFTER THEY ARE USED.

1.0: We take pictures of all items before shipping and store them in a database
2.0: Each items pass a scanner to detect any damage and the report get stored in a database
3.0: If by change you receive an item(s), that is damaged or have any sign of being defect, you have 48 hours to claim it. Any claims that comes after 48 hours will be refused. The claim period starts the minute you sign for receiving the package with our courier.

If you return an item and do not want an exchange, you will be issued an online gift card. You will receive an e-mail notification upon the receipt of your return, provided that your e-mail address is available. Gift cards expire within one year from the date of issue. Same return/exchange policies apply to gift recipients who would like to return to the Portable Hunt merchandise for store credit or an exchange.
FORCE MAJEURE
In case of Force Majeure, Portable Hunt obligations will be suspended. The contract between you and Portable Hunt can, in such cases, be partially or fully terminated by yourself or by Portable Hunt . A Force Majeure is in the event of war, civil war, revolution, riot, governmental measures, strike, lockout, blockage, failure of electricity, telephone or internet service, natural disasters or similar events. Under such circumstances, Portable Hunt will attempt to resolve all issues in a timely manner.
